Here are the basics (for people who don't want to watch a video).
WHAT I'M OFFERING YOU: My agency recently got some new software that uses artificial intelligence (like ChatGPT) to respond to reviews on Google.  Let me be clear.  This software is bananas.  It does a fantastic job replying to reviews...oftentimes doing a better job than humans would do.  But at the same time you don't give up any control to the AI.  You approve everything.

HOW IT WORKS: It reads the review as soon as it comes in and formulates a response.  Then it emails you both bits of info and you can choose to post it's reply to Google, have it rewrite it if you don't love it, or you can edit the response if you feel it needs a personal touch.  All of this happens at the touch of a button.  You'll be replying to reviews right away at the same time as when you process your emails.  No need to remember another thing.  No need to create a new habit or process.  It fits in with what you're doing already and it only takes seconds.

WHY I'M GIVING IT AWAY:  I need feedback, testimonials, and an idea of what it's actually worth for your business.  If you see this page and get in when I'm giving it away then you'll never have to pay a dime for it.  After I have enough people in to get the data I'm after then I do intend to switch to selling it.  For how much?  No clue.  Determining that is a big part of the data I'm after from the initial cohort of users.  I know others are selling less streamlined software for $100-$300 per month.  I don't know if that's the sweet spot though.  I'm way more interested in long-term happy clients than I am in short term profits.

WHAT'S THE CATCH?  There's no traditional catch.  I'm not going to jump out from behind a bush in a few months and try and charge you for the software.  I have this thing you will like.  You have things that I need (feedback and testimonials).  Giving it to you in exchange for those seem like a fair trade.

I guess, when I think about it, it is also part of my long term sneaky plan to make you know, like, and trust me so that if you ever need Internet marketing in the future you call me instead of some other random company.  But that doesn't seem so bad.

Objections...why would you NOT want this software.

  • You don't get enough reviews to make it worth it.  This sort of makes sense.  If you get reviews only rarely then having an automated system that makes it super easy to respond is less important than if you get a lot of reviews and replying to them can be burdensome.  But ask yourself this...do you currently do a good job of replying to those reviews?  If not, then get the software.  HOWEVER - it would be smart idea to get a system in place to get more reviews flowing into your business.  If you focus on reviews and reputation it's almost impossible to not make more money.

  • You already reply to your reviews and have a process in place.  That's great.  You probably are taking your reputation seriously and I'm betting that Google is already rewarding you for that diligence.  This software will make the process so much faster.  If you try it and don't love it, then there's no problem just not using it.  It's probably worth checking out.

That's it.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to email me at Jens@FloodlightSEO.com
